Cost: $60 – $100 sliding scale

Daylong intensives feature periods of silent sitting and satsang (short talks and dialog) as well as silent breaks for contemplation.

There are also non-silent breaks if one wishes to connect and interact with other attendees.

There is an hour lunch break (usually from 1:00 – 2:00),  and you are asked to bring your own.
