Stepping Into the Power of Alignment

As we learn to pay attention to the force of alignment — that energy that we are, that channel of energy we’re plugged into — then everything is perfect, everything falls into place. Everything is as it is, and what’s next is obvious. And then we step forward without thinking about it.

Intensives

Jon generally holds one Intensive (or “Day-long”) per quarter. Look for announcements in the newsletter or here on the website.

What Happens At Intensives?

Intensives feature periods of silent sitting and satsang (short talks and dialog) as well as silent breaks for contemplation.

There are also non-silent breaks if one wishes to connect and interact with other attendees.

There is an hour lunch break (usually from 1:00 – 2:00), and you are asked to bring your own.
